The Montessori School of San Antonio is located on 24 acres at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Rogers Ranch Parkway. Although in the heart of the rapidly growing Northside of San Antonio, the verdant, natural campus provides a peaceful environment ideal for learning.
The school building’s design is truly distinctive, with all classrooms opening into the centrally located library. This configuration is important because students begin using the library for research projects as early as age five.
Each class also has its own outdoor extension immediately outside the classroom. Here the students plant and tend vegetables and flowering plants. Practical knowledge of the natural world is a unique aspect of the Montessori program.
