The Montessori School offers a variety of after-school activities including gymnastics, art, guitar, Spanish, marimba, French, ballet, origami, cross stitch, and piano. The school also hosts seasonal one-day art classes and day camps during the Thanksgiving, winter, and spring breaks.
All activities and courses are taught by accomplished instructors selected from within and outside of The Montessori School of San Antonio community.

Afterschool Care
The Montessori school's Childcare program environment reflects the Montessori approach and sense of order. Activities include grace and courtesy, food preparation, arts and crafts, blocks, puzzles and manipulatives, games, books, music.
The day is scheduled with active and quiet times of play, indoors and outdoors. Children are placed in multi-age groups coinciding with the Montessori environment.

11:45 am - 3:15 pm
3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
4:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Full-day summer camp programs are available to children ages 3 through 12. The program provides additional opportunities in art, math, spanish, piano, and dance. July sports camps for ages 3 -14 are also offered for soccer, golf, flag football, cheerleading, and jump rope. Download Sports Camp Flyer
Younger children in full-day programs who still require naps are given the opportunity to rest in designated napping areas. Three-year olds students must be enrolled in MSSA. All children must be fully toilet trained.
