:

Use your MSSA assigned student email address to login into: School devices, Canvas, Google or Office 365.

Don’t remember your username?

Parents, you will find your child’s contact info under the Family Section of your FACTS Family Portal account.

Password Help

Primary-UE 5th YRS

Parents:

Please do no use the “forgot password” option in Canvas as your child does not have an active email account.

Contact the Helpdesk if your child needs a password reset.

6th-8th yrs:

Visit MSSA’s Canvas LMS and select “Forgot Password”.  Enter your school email address to request a password reset.  Check your school email.

Google / G-Suite

 

How do students access their Google for Education accounts?
All students at MSSA have Google for Education accounts.

MSSA Device: Locate and click on the Google Drive icon

click on the Drive icon below:

Enter school email address and initial assigned Google password.

Common WiFi
Problems

To connect to your network at home, select your wireless network and enter your network password. Follow these steps if the wireless connection fails:

  • Select the system menu in the lower right-hand corner.
  • Select your wireless network.
  • Select “Disconnect”
  • Select “Connect”

If your Chromebook is still having problems connecting, restart the Chromebook by holding down the Power Button for 10 seconds.

Office 365

 

How do students access their Office 365 accounts?

School Chromebook: Click on the Office 365 icon located on the top right hand corner of the chrome browser.

Other: click here

Primary – 5th YR students
 do not have email access even 
though their sign in looks like an email 
address.
